This notice supplements our Privacy Policy and applies only to California residents, as those terms are defined by the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (collectively, the “CCPA”).
1.Who this notice covers
This notice describes how SR22AutoIns.com handles personal information of California residents who visit our website or place a call to the telephone number displayed on it.
2.Categories collected in the last 12 months

We collect information directly from you (through the contact form and any call you place), automatically from your device and browser (through cookies, similar technologies, and server logs), and from our telephony and call-routing service providers.

8.How to exercise your rights
Submit a request through our contact form using the appropriate request type. You may also enable Global Privacy Control in your browser; we treat a valid GPC signal as an opt-out of the sale or sharing of personal information for the browser and device that sent the signal.
9.Verification and authorized agents
To protect your information, we will take reasonable steps to verify your identity before responding to a request, such as matching the email address you provide to the email address associated with the request. An authorized agent may submit a request on your behalf; we may require the agent to provide proof of signed permission and may require you to verify your identity directly.
10.Consumers under 16
We do not have actual knowledge that we sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16 years of age.
11.Response timeline
We will acknowledge receipt of a verifiable consumer request within 10 business days and will respond within 45 calendar days, extendable by an additional 45 days when reasonably necessary with notice to you.
