This Privacy Policy explains what information SR22AutoIns.com collects when you visit sr22autoins.com or place a call to the telephone number displayed on the Site, how we use that information, who we share it with, and the choices you have. This Site is operated from the United States and is intended for United States residents.
1.Information we collect
Information you submit through our contact form. When you use our contact form, we collect your full name, email address, request type, message, and your confirmation that the submission is not a request for an insurance quote.
Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site, we and our service providers may automatically collect your IP address, approximate location inferred from IP, device and browser characteristics (such as user agent, screen size, and language), referring URL, pages viewed, timestamps, and interaction events (clicks and scrolls).
Call data. When you dial the telephone number displayed on the Site, your telephone number, the date and time of the call, the call’s duration, the call outcome, and a call recording may be collected by us, by our telephony and call-routing service providers, and by the third-party insurance agent, broker, or carrier who answers your call. Call recording is disclosed in our Terms of Service and TCPA Policy.
3.How we use information
- operate, secure, monitor, and improve the Site;
- measure call attribution and the effectiveness of advertising campaigns;
- prevent, detect, and investigate fraud, abuse, and violations of our Terms;
- respond to your requests and to privacy, legal, and accessibility inquiries;
- comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms.
5.We do not sell contact-form information
We do not sell information submitted through our contact form, and we do not use contact-form information for marketing. Depending on how it is defined by law, some call and website activity data transferred to advertising-measurement partners for cross-context behavioral advertising purposes may qualify as “sharing” under the California Consumer Privacy Act. See our CCPA Notice and Your Privacy Choices page.

7.Retention
We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, to comply with legal obligations, to resolve disputes, and to enforce our agreements. Actual retention periods vary by category and are summarized in the table above.
8.Security
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure. We cannot and do not guarantee the absolute security of any information you transmit to or through the Site.
9.Children
The Site is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided personal information to us, contact us through our contact form and we will delete it.
10.Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control
Some browsers transmit “Do Not Track” signals. Because there is no common industry standard for how to respond to those signals, the Site does not respond to them. The Site does honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal as a request to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information, as those terms are defined by applicable law. When we detect a valid GPC signal, we treat it as an opt-out for that browser.
11.Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict certain personal information, and to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. California residents should see our CCPA Notice. To exercise any of these rights, visit Your Privacy Choices or submit a request through our contact form.
12.Third-party sites
The Site may link to third-party sites and services. This Privacy Policy does not apply to those sites. Review their privacy notices before providing personal information.
13.Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page shows when it was last changed. Material changes will be prominently posted on the Site.
