SR22AutoIns.com does not place outbound telemarketing calls and does not send marketing text messages. We do not obtain, and do not ask for, prior express written consent to contact you for marketing purposes.

The telephone number displayed on this website is a number you choose to call. When you dial that number, you are initiating the communication. We do not place calls to you.

Your call is routed to a third-party licensed insurance agent, broker, or carrier that participates in our advertising program. That third party is independently responsible for its own compliance with the TCPA, its implementing regulations, the federal and state Do Not Call registries, and applicable state telemarketing law, including in any follow-up call, text, or other communication it makes to you.

If, during your call, you provide your telephone number, agree to receive follow-up calls or texts, or otherwise consent to be contacted by the receiving third party, that consent runs to that third party, not to SR22AutoIns.com. Any subsequent calls or texts you receive as a result of that consent come from the third party, not from us. To stop those communications, tell that party directly, ask to be added to that party’s internal do-not-call list, and see our Do Not Call Policy.

Calls placed to the number on this Site may be recorded or monitored by SR22AutoIns.com, our service providers, and/or the receiving third party for quality assurance, training, compliance, and call-attribution purposes. Illinois generally requires the consent of all parties to a private conversation to record it, under the Illinois Eavesdropping Act, 720 ILCS 5/14-2. By placing a call to the number displayed on this Site, you consent to such recording and monitoring. If you do not consent, do not place the call.

Although we do not place outbound marketing calls, we maintain an internal do-not-call and suppression list. If you want your telephone number added to that list, submit a request through our contact form using the request type “Do Not Call request.” See our Do Not Call Policy for timing, retention, and scope.

Submitting our contact form is not a request for an insurance quote and is not consent to be contacted for marketing purposes. We do not use contact-form information for marketing and we do not call you based on a contact-form submission.

If you believe you received a call or text in violation of the TCPA as a result of this Site, please submit the caller’s telephone number, the date and time of the call or text, and a brief description of what happened through our contact form. We will review the information and, where appropriate, forward it to the participating third party.
